Nandy Breaks Silence: Private Advice for Zuchu Amidst Secret Wedding Rumours with Diamond Platnumz

Nandy is the latest Bongo celebrity to have a word in the swirling rumours around Zuchu’s alleged secret wedding to boss, Diamond Platnumz.

While addressing the press on questions surrounding Yammi’s contract termination from her Music Record Label, Nandy, who has navigated the complexities of marriage under public scrutiny for three years, was asked to weigh in on Zuchu’s significant life event.

However, Nandy chose a more discreet approach, emphasizing the deep personal connection she shares with Zuchu.

"Honestly, I cannot give her advice on the internet because we chat a lot and we advise each other on many things. So, she has a lot of my advice, and I have a lot of hers. We advise each other on what went wrong in marriage," Nandy revealed.

Nandy herself has been a subject of intense public interest regarding her marriage to fellow artist Billnass. She acknowledges facing a lot of criticism and uninformed opinions from outsiders regarding her marriage, but three years on, she’s still standing strong with her man in marriage.

“For instance, in my marriage, there has been a lot of gossip and many words, with people wanting to cause separation."

This personal experience undoubtedly shapes her pragmatic view on public marital advice, reinforcing the importance of private counsel over public pronouncements.

Nandy has been married to Tanzanian rapper Billnass for three years. Their union has been a significant topic in the East African entertainment scene, often attracting media attention and public discussion, much like the general gossip Nandy refers to.

Meanwhile, the alleged marriage between Zuchu and Diamond Platnumz has been a hot topic since late last week when Diamond leaked photos alleging that he married Zuchu in a private ceremony many days back.

 Diamond's former partner, Zari Hassan, also publicly weighed in on the rumors, urging his baby daddy to finally settle down in marriage with Zuchu for she has shown resilience and commitment in their relationship for over 2 years now.

“I hope Naseeb treats her better now because she's a wife. You're just a girlfriend. Let him change. Too. It will be nice. That girl is putting up a lot of s* from Naseeb. So, for me, I'm a mother. I wouldn’t want to see that happening to Latifah. So please change,” Zuchu pleaded with Diamond.

Zari also praised Zuchu’s resilience, saying that she has succeeded in what she and Tanasha Donna couldn’t, and so she deserves a special award for that.

“I'm happy for her. She wins the girlfriend award of the year. She's strong. She's resilient. People think, 'Oh, this girl, this girl.' No, that girl is strong. All of us couldn't do it. We couldn't but for her, she's standing. So, I'm so proud of her.”
