She also reflected on key moments that have shaped her journey. When asked about the first risk she ever took, she cited motherhood.

"Being a mother," she said, describing it as her first significant personal risk. While not framed as a sacrifice, the statement pointed to a pivotal life decision that required courage and responsibility early on.

In the same conversation, Kate Actress noted that she often cries—sometimes daily—and mentioned that she tends to cry even when she's happy. She also revealed that she struggles with sleep and described herself as an insomniac.

To manage her day, she shared that she prays in the morning and meditates at night. When asked about the best advice she has ever received, she quoted: "Nothing is permanent."

She also noted that one of the most valuable lessons she has learned is recognising her own strength, saying, "That I am a power. I'm a force all by myself."

Kate also spoke briefly about her earlier professional life, noting that she once interned as a journalist at Baraka FM, although she did not complete her journalism course.
