Counties rated best in housing, lands and settlements

A survey by Infotrak, released on February 11, 2025, ranks Murang’a County as the best performer in housing, lands, and settlements with a 50 per cent rating.

Other top-ranked counties include Homa Bay (49 per cent), Makueni and Trans Nzoia (47 per cent each), followed by Nyeri, Kirinyaga, and Uasin Gishu, each scoring 46 per cent.

Kiambu, Elgeyo Marakwet, and Kisumu also made it to the list, all scoring 45 per cent.

These ratings reflect efforts in urban planning, affordable housing, and land reforms.
