President William Ruto when he received the report from Judge Patrick Kiage at State House, Nairobi, on February 3, 2025/PCS

President William Ruto on Monday received the report from the tribunal investigating Justice Mohammed Noor Kullow at State House, Nairobi.

The tribunal, which was chaired by Court of Appeal Judge Patrick Kiage, dismissed all the allegations against Justice Kullow.

The tribunal recommended his reinstatement to the Environment and Land Court.

Ruto suspended Justice Kullow in March 2024.

The suspension followed a recommendation by the Judicial Service Commission (JSC).
