South African fitness trainer Dlamini Nkululeko popularly known as the King Of Squats will  be back in Kenya. This time round, the fitness enthusiast will be headlining the second edition of FitBeat.

This event, envisioned by renowned fitness coach Rhotimmi , will be held at Sk8City Nairobi on Saturday, 16th November 2024.

Rhotimmi promises the event to be an energetic blend of fitness and entertainment. 

The first edition was held in July this year. The event showcased a unique blend of fitness activities and entertainment, creating an energetic and inclusive environment that highlighted the essence of a balanced and enjoyable lifestyle.

The event aimed to inspire and motivate the Nairobi community to embrace an active lifestyle through a fun and interactive experience.

Participants grooved to the rhythm during the diverse Sessions, led by expert instructors which catered to a variety of fitness levels and interests like martial arts-inspired workout.

Rhotimmi said the event was a celebration of community and fun. Fun and games were strategically woven into the event, creating a truly interactive and engaging experience for all ages and fitness levels.
