A SENIOR POLITICIAN has triggered political confusion in his backyard after it emerged that he has allegedly fronted candidates in various constituencies across his county.
The influential man wants to ensure his allies win elective seats in 2027 after falling out with some of the current MPs.
Seen as no-nonsense, he has been fronting candidates and bankrolling them during harambees.
In a recent incident, he gave each of the MPs Sh100,000 during a meeting in Nairobi as facilitation.
He is said to be sending them some maintenance monthly.
His rivals are however keen to frustrate his efforts.
