Kenyan lady Agori, who previously dated musician Magix Enga, has opened up about the challenges she says she experienced during their relationship, revealing how she repeatedly travelled to Nakuru and spent her savings trying to make things work.
In a series of revelations shared on her Instagram story, Agori recounted how the relationship started, claiming that the producer professed his love for her just days after they met, despite them barely knowing each other.
According to Agori, her first impression of Magix Enga was not particularly good, and she was not initially interested in pursuing anything romantic with him.
However, she said they spent the next two or three days together before the musician allegedly told her he loved her and wanted her to stop communicating with other men.
“On the second night of my stay there, he was like he loved me. What do you mean? We barely talk,” she recalled.
Agori further claimed that after taking her number and travelling to Nakuru, Magix Enga began blocking and unblocking her, allegedly accusing her of talking to other men.
Agori Says She Spent Her Savings Travelling to Nakuru
Despite the challenges, Agori said she found herself becoming increasingly attached to the relationship, even questioning why she continued pursuing someone who repeatedly blocked her.
She admitted that loneliness might have played a role in her decision to keep trying, despite the warning signs she says she noticed early on.
“I don't know what traumas I was going through, but it made me cling onto someone who was like block, unblock. And I think maybe I was lonely,” she said.
Agori revealed that she eventually started travelling to Nakuru to see the musician, paying for transport and accommodation as she tried to sustain their relationship.
According to her account, the financial burden continued growing as Magix Enga's finances allegedly deteriorated, leaving her contributing more money to support their time together.
She claimed that she eventually exhausted her savings while trying to keep the relationship going.
“I had savings, all of it gone to this man. I can't believe I was doing this,” she said.
Agori Recalls Being Accused of Cheating
The former couple's alleged relationship difficulties reportedly extended beyond finances, with Agori claiming that Magix Enga repeatedly accused her of infidelity.
She recounted an incident that allegedly happened after they had been out at a strip club, claiming that the musician suddenly confronted her and began shouting.
According to Agori, he pulled out his phone and showed her messages as he accused her of cheating on him.
However, she alleged that the messages he was showing her were actually evidence of his own alleged infidelity.
“This guy is showing me messages on his own phone of him cheating, telling me I'm the one cheating on him,” she recalled.
The incident reportedly left her questioning how their relationship had reached that point.
Agori Says She Eventually Decided to Walk Away
Agori said that by the time she returned to Nairobi, she had reached a point where she felt she could no longer continue with the relationship.
However, she acknowledged that leaving had not always been easy, claiming that previous attempts to walk away were followed by apologies that convinced her to return.
She described the pattern as repeatedly leaving and going back, until she eventually felt ready to call it quits.
