Kenyan musician Stevo Simple Boy has opted for a semen analysis test at a medical facility. The decision comes days after a paternity test revealed that he is not the biological father of his ex-partner Brenda Ochieng's child.
Seeking Answers at the Clinic
Speaking from the medical facility, Stevo confirmed that he was taking the fertility test to establish his reproductive status.
"Kama mlioona stori kwenye mitandao, sasa nimekuja hapa kuona kama Dragon bado moto iko,” he said.
The attending medical practitioner explained that the procedure, formally known as a semen analysis, would evaluate whether the artist has underlying fertility issues or if the paternity discrepancy was purely external.
"Semen analysis ni kusema sasa venye tulipata kwamba ule mtoto sio wako, tunataka tujue kama ni wewe uko na shida ama ni yule msichana aliamua tu kukuwekelea mimba yenye si yako,” the doctor told him.
Medical Parameters and Testing Criteria
The medical technician outlined key benchmarks required for a complete sperm analysis. Stevo was instructed to observe three to seven days of abstinence before sample collection.
Under standard clinical guidelines described at the facility, a healthy sample requires a minimum semen volume of 1.5 millilitres. Furthermore, a single drop must contain at least 15 million sperm cells.

The practitioner explained that the laboratory evaluation examines sperm motility, structure, and physical progression.

Stevo was provided with a collection container and access to a wireless network connection to facilitate sample production.
The Paternity Fallout
The medical assessment follows intense public interest after Brenda Ochieng appeared on the Obinna TV Extra podcast. During the interview, Brenda confirmed that DNA test results had officially excluded Stevo as the biological father.
Brenda also disclosed details regarding their domestic challenges, including Stevo's refusal to kiss due to a belief that kissing transmits cancer.
She noted that the rapper regularly slept on the sitting room floor to avoid physical contact. Following the release of the DNA results, Brenda was evicted from their residence.
Stevo's latest medical step marks an effort to seek clarity surrounding his reproductive health.
