Kenyan socialite Huddah Monroe has responded to claims that she dislikes Kenyan men, saying she would not date or marry one but holds nothing against them.
She made the remarks on her Instagram Stories on Sunday, October 25, 2026, during a question-and-answer session with fans.
A follower had asked what Kenyan men did to her, saying she appeared to “seriously hate them”.

The socialite pointed to her family. Her father is Somali, while her mother and brothers are Kenyan.
“My dad is Somali. My mom is Kenyan. My brothers are Kenyan. Why would I hate Kenyan men?” she said.
She added: “I wouldn’t marry or date them, [but that] doesn’t mean I hate them.”
Huddah previously ruled out Kenyan celebrities
In a similar session on July 7, 2025, a fan asked why no Kenyan celebrity had managed to impregnate her.
“Scar once asked why KE celebs wameshindwa kumpa Huddah mimba. Any comment?” the fan asked.
“I do not date celebs. Not Kenyan one, especially,” she responded.

Her history with Prezzo
Her remarks come against the background of her publicized link to veteran rapper Prezzo, whose real name is Jackson Ngechu Makini.
In August 2024, she said she ran away from home as a teenager and spent two years on the streets of Nairobi.
“I ran away from home for 2 years, galavanting Nairobi streets, some months with Prezzo,” she said.
She also recalled her mother taking her to Kenyatta National Hospital to see HIV/AIDS patients after noticing her interest in boys.
“My 16-year-old self was traumatized,” she said.

In 2014, Huddah claimed Prezzo was the first man she had slept with and called him the one true love of her life. Prezzo denied ever dating her.
The two later appeared to have reconciled. Huddah once announced that Prezzo would attend a party she was hosting, referring to him as the man who took her virginity.
“Buried the hatchet… And the one love of my life. The n**** that broke my virginity (T.M.I?????????) will be coming thru to Huddah Million Party,” she wrote on social media.
She added: “El Presidente @prezzo254. We don’t turn up… we turn over.”
Both rose to fame through Big Brother Africa, with Prezzo finishing first runner-up in the 2012 Stargame edition and Huddah competing in the 2013 edition, The Chase.
