A former Office of the Auditor-General employee, Elisha Okung , has been charged with forging a KCSE certificate to secure employment and fraudulently acquire public funds worth 5.8 million shillings. He faces charges of forgery, presenting a forged certificate and fraudulent acquisition of public property. He was released on a cash bail of 300,000 shillings.
