KCSE certificate to secure employment and fraudulently acquire public funds worth KSh5.87 million.Elisha Okung was arrested by EACC at his Kibera residence and arraigned at the Milimani Anti-Corruption Court.He faces charges of forgery, presenting a forged certificate and fraudulent acquisition of public property. He was released on KSh300,000 cash bail or an alternative bond of KSh800,000 with a surety of a similar amount.The case will be mentioned on November 5, 2026.
