Fenon Events Crew at Ulinzi Sports Complex in Lang'ata is working to finish the venue for Ne-Yo's One Night Only: Brunch Edition. The show is on Mashujaa Day, Tuesday, 20 October 2026.
Gates are set to open at 3 pm, with the show running until 11 pm. It will be Ne-Yo's first Kenyan appearance in 11 years. Photos show the venue in its final stretch.

Marquees in many colours
The grounds now hold several large marquees, each draped in a different colour. One setting shows a peach-draped marquee with chandeliers, raised wooden bar tables and high stools.
Another tent is dressed in teal and green drapes. It has chandeliers, wooden stools, a curved white ramp outside and a Fanta fridge by the entrance.

A third tent is draped in deep green. White curved panels stand at its entrance, with green turf in front. A long white tent stands out among the coloured ones. Its tall wooden poles hold up peaked roofs topped with small flags.
Inside are rows of cane-backed chairs, potted palms and green turf. Workers sit between the tables, taking a break.

The main hall
The biggest space is a black-draped hall. Hundreds of chairs wearing dark grey covers face the stage. A strip of green turf runs between them like an aisle. At the far end, a lighting truss hangs above a large screen.
The final touches
On the grounds, the work continues. Technicians are rushing against time fixing stage lights to metal trusses ahead of the big day, just 24 hours away.

At the entrance, a giant sign in the shape of a bank card reads "WELCOME". It carries the Stanbic Bank logo and the hashtags #LiveJoyfully and #TheStanbicExperience.
Stanbic Bank is the title sponsor. Its chief executive, Michael Mutiga, said the show offers "a world-class experience with meaningful local economic impact."
