EACC has arrested an NTSA clerical officer accused of soliciting a bribe to facilitate the issuance of a driving licence.The officer, identified as Joseph Njoroge , was arrested on Wednesday at NTSA headquarters following a complaint by a matatu driver who alleged that he had demanded KSh18,000 to process the licence.According to the EACC, the officer was arrested while allegedly receiving KSh8,000, part of the disputed amount.He was taken to the Integrity Centre for processing and later released on a KSh50,000 cash bail pending the conclusion of investigations.
