EACC has recovered public land worth KES 51 million in Nyali, Mombasa. The land, measuring about half an acre, belongs to the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority but was allegedly allocated irregularly.EACC investigations found that the property was allocated in 2000 by the then Commissioner of Lands to former Kuresoi MP Zakayo Kipkemboi, who later transferred it to Omar Tahir.
