Deputy President Kithure Kindiki has reaffirmed his commitment to uniting the Mt Kenya region, saying he takes seriously the responsibility entrusted to him by regional elders few weeks ago. Speaking in Lari, Kiambu County, Kindiki said he had forgiven political rivals who have insulted and mocked him. He maintained that he would remain focused on his mandate as Deputy President and continue serving the interests of the region and the country.
