Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna has sustained his criticism of President William Ruto over the failure of his administration to disclose details of the Sh2.2 trillion Dangote oil refinery deal. In a social media statement, Sifuna cited Article 35 of the Constitution, which guarantees citizens access to information held by the State and which further requires important national information to be made public. He said disclosure is a constitutional obligation, adding that secretive deals will end if he kicks out the current regime in next year's polls and return the country to the rule of law.
