SBM Bank Kenya has partnered with Dr Stasch Clinic & MediSpa to give eligible retail customers preferential access to selected aesthetic and wellness services.

Under the partnership announced on October 1, 2026, customers paying with an SBM card will receive a 10 per cent benefit on selected treatments and services at the clinic.

The participating services include selected treatments in cosmetic dermatology, laser treatments, aesthetic medicine and IV wellness.

The partnership brings together SBM Bank Kenya’s customer-focused approach and Dr. Stasch Clinic & MediSpa’s medical-led approach to aesthetic and wellness care.

Commenting on the partnership, SBM Bank Kenya CEO Bhartesh Shah said the deal is part of the bank’s focus on delivering meaningful benefits to customers.

“Our strategy starts with the customer. We are building a bank that understands the full picture of our customers' lives, and that means partnering with trusted names in areas that matter to them, from wellness to lifestyle,” Shah said.

“Every partnership we sign is guided by one question: does it make our customers' lives better?”

Shah said the partnership would provide additional value to the bank’s retail customers.

“Eligible SBM cardholders will now have preferential access to selected treatments and services at Dr. Stasch Clinic & MediSpa,” he said.

Dr. Stasch Clinic & MediSpa is a specialist practice offering plastic and reconstructive surgery, dermatology, advanced aesthetic treatments and wellness therapies.

The clinic is led by ISAPS-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Tilman Stasch. It combines specialist medical expertise, advanced technology and a consultation-led approach focused on personalised care, patient safety and natural-looking results.

Dr. Stasch welcomed the partnership, saying the clinic’s approach is based on understanding individual patient needs.

“Our approach begins with understanding each patient's individual needs and guiding them towards treatment options that are appropriate for them,” he said.

“We are pleased to extend this experience to SBM customers while maintaining the personalized care and high standards that remain central to our practice.”

The partnership is part of SBM Bank Kenya’s broader commitment to strengthening its customer value proposition through collaborations that provide access to premium lifestyle and wellness services.
