President William Ruto is expected in Kilifi today as he continues with his development tour at the Coastal region. The Head of State is scheduled to issue with 27,000 title deeds during a ceremony bringing together beneficiaries from Kilifi North, Rabai, Ganze, Kilifi South and Malindi constituencies. Beneficiaries include residents from Kitengwani,KalumaniMnyenzeni, Mitsedzini, Mirithini, Gede-Mitangani, Mikanjuni, Chengoni, Kilifi Township, Kaya Fungo, Chumani, Adu Chamari and Chakama, among other settlements.
