Kilifi MPs have praised President William Ruto for issuing more than 27,000 title deeds to residents in the county. The lawmakers, led by National Assembly Majority Leader Owen Baya, say the issuance of the title deeds will empower residents who they claim have been marginalized by successive administrations. The MPs spoke after the President issued the title deeds this morning.
