A section of Kisumu hospitality traders has opposed a proposal to raise the minimum age of smoking to 21 years saying the move is impractical. The Chairperson of The Pubs, Entertainment and Restaurants Association in Kisumu Dan Ouma challenged the practicality of the proposal saying it was unclear how such a law would be implemented.
