Police in Kahawa West have destroyed 2,600 litres of kangara and 120 litres of chang’aa during a crackdown on illicit brews. The operation was carried out in Soweto and Saa Mbaya, targeting premises suspected of producing and selling illegal alcohol. Police also seized and destroyed equipment used to make the brews as efforts to curb illicit alcohol continue.
