The National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) has summoned Nominated MP Joseph Iraya to appear before the commission at the end of the month. NCIC said Wainaina will appear at its offices for a cohesion inquiry into a matter under investigation. The commission said the MP will have an opportunity to respond to the allegations, present evidence and make representations before a determination is made. The summons follows Wainaina’s earlier request to have his appearance rescheduled.
