The Milimani High Court has deferred the plea-taking of five suspects linked to the murder of mental health expert Victoria Mutiso to next Tuesday. The case came before Justice Alexander Muteti after two suspects, Rose Mbithe and her daughter Angela Mulwa, declined to appear virtually from Lang’ata Prison. A prison officer told the court that the two had declined to participate in the virtual proceedings. The prosecution is seeking to have the case consolidated into one.
