EACC has welcomed the conviction of former IEBC Assistant Elections Officer for uttering a forged university degree.  Milimani Anti-Corruption Court fined George Kibor Sh.80,000 or eight months in prison, after he presented the fake certificate while seeking promotion. In a statement, EACC praised the ruling, terming it a strong deterrent against academic fraud and dishonesty within the public service.
