Education Cabinet Secretary Julius Ogamba has urged university management and staff representatives to use dialogue and established institutional channels to resolve outstanding disputes. Speaking at the University of Nairobi’s 75th graduation ceremony, Ogamba said funds to settle arrears from the 2017–2021 and 2021–2025 CBC’s have been released to public universities.
