Ne-Yo has confirmed his return to Kenya by reposting the official concert poster on his Instagram story. The American R&B star reposted the event poster featuring his 2008 hit song "Sexy Love" as the post soundtrack.
The confirmation follows rapid demand when ticket sales opened on Saturday, 12th September 2026. Early Bird Gold passes, priced at Ksh 7,500, sold out within the first hour of release.
In response to the high demand, organisers released a "New Wave" tier of tickets priced at Ksh 10,000. Fans can purchase all event passes online via TicketYetu.

The concert, titled "One Night Only: Brunch Edition", is set for Tuesday, 20th October 2026. The date coincides with Kenya's Mashujaa Day public holiday.
The performance is structured as a daytime R&B event running from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM at Ulinzi Complex.
Further ticket categories will go on sale on Thursday, 17th September 2026. Regular Gold passes are set at Ksh 15,000, while VIP Platinum passes cost Ksh 40,000. Organisers have noted that total ticket numbers will be limited.
Regional Tour Dates and Previous Performance
The Nairobi show forms part of a broader African tour leg. Ne-Yo will perform in Cape Town on 17th October and Pretoria on 18th October before arriving in Kenya.
This performance marks the singer's return to Nairobi after an 11-year absence. He last visited the capital in 2015 for Coke Studio Africa, collaborating with local and regional artists including Wangechi, Ali Kiba, Maurice Kirya, and Ice Prince.
A year after his initial visit, Ne-Yo recorded the collaborative track "Marry You" with Tanzanian musician Diamond Platnumz. The upcoming October show follows a previous "One Night Only" event in June that featured Bien, Ali Kiba, Karyn White, and Kirk Whalum.
