Belgut MP Nelson Koech has urged the government to take decisive action against masterminds and perpetrators of violence during political rallies. Speaking in a Citizen TV interview, Koech said political violence could be curbed by holding politicians who organize or sponsor such acts accountable. He proposed barring politicians found culpable from contesting elective positions as a deterrent against violence during political campaigns.
