Legendary fashion designer Bob Mackie has died at the age of 87. Mackie sketched the original design of Marilyn Monroe’s famous shimmering gown worn during her 1962 birthday performance for President John F. Kennedy. In 2022, Kim Kardashian wore the historic dress to the Met Gala, after losing significant weight to fit into the garment.
