The government has allocated 23 billion shillings for the construction of roads across Kisumu County. Speaking in Kisumu, President William Ruto said the investment is aimed at promoting equitable distribution of development across the country. He said the funds will facilitate the construction of eight new roads in the county. During his visit to Kisumu, President Ruto also pledged the timely completion of water projects, affordable housing and other ongoing development programmes.
