President William Ruto says his government has invested Sh44 billion in development projects in Kisumu County. Speaking in Kisumu during the second day of his Nyanza tour, President Ruto said the funds will support construction of 12,000 housing units, 20 new markets and hostels for 12,000 students. The President said Kisumu will no longer be left behind, promising accelerated development as his administration continues implementing its projects.
