Education reforms will only deliver lasting results if government, schools, parents, the private sector and communities work together. Speaking at the inaugural Gusii Education Stakeholders Convention at Kisii University, Equity Bank Kenya Head of Education Sector Peter Ndoro said each stakeholder has a distinct responsibility. He said government should provide policy and resources, schools and universities nurture talent, teachers shape learners, and parents offer guidance and support. Ndoro added that the private sector can contribute through investment, innovation, technology and opportunities, while communities provide local knowledge and ownership to strengthen education outcomes for learners.
