President William Ruto has Praised Bomet County for recording an 82 percent SHA registration rate, with more than 701,000 residents enrolled, ranking second nationally. Speaking during an address at the county assembly during his development tour of the county, Ruto attributed the county’s progress in Universal Health Coverage to the high registration rate. He urged other counties to mobilize residents to register with the Social Health Authority and support the government’s efforts to achieve universal access to healthcare.
