Kenyan government officials and global partners are set to convene in Nairobi today to discuss Africa’s clean energy policy and transition. The forum comes as more than 600 million Africans continue to lack reliable access to electricity. Speakers will include Kenya’s Special Climate Envoy Ali Mohammed and Environment CS Deborah Barasa. Discussions will focus on unlocking Africa’s renewable energy potential to support jobs, industrial growth and climate resilience.
