Immigrants in Kenya are entitled to the rights guaranteed under the Bill of Rights while in the country. Lawyer Wangoma Mola says suspected illegal immigrants should be dealt with through due process, not attacked, noting that some may be in Kenya seeking asylum and are therefore entitled to protection.
