Food loss and waste in Kenya is a problem that requires a coordinated, multi-sector approach, according to TechnoServe’s Francis Murumbi. Speaking on the NutriSave programme, Murumbi says all players in the food ecosystem must work together to tackle the problem. NutriSave, funded by the Gates Foundation and FCDO, seeks to reduce food waste while improving access to nutritious fruits and vegetables among low-income communities.
