The Parents Association has called on the government to take stern action against school heads who failed to register Grade 9 and Form 4 learners for national exams. Chair Silas Obohatsa says the heads should be held responsible, as there was enough time to register the learners under KNEC directives. He warns that failure to register puts learners and their parents in a dilemma, especially Grade 9 learners who cannot repeat.
