Nairobi County will need a governor with both political and strong managerial skills to effectively manage its resources and people. Political analyst Martin Andati says the county controls more than 60 percent of Kenya’s wealth, warning that electing a governor who is only a politician could be disastrous. This comes as more than five politicians express interest in the Nairobi governor’s seat.
