Deputy Inspector General of the Administration Police Service Gilbert Masengeli has urged newly commissioned Administration Police officers to uphold professionalism, rule of law ,adherence to human rights  and discipline as they begin serving the country. Speaking during the APS pass-out parade in Embakasi  Masengeli also called on the public to welcome the new officers and partner with them in enhancing security. He emphasized that maintaining security is a shared responsibility between the police and the public.
