The Government is targeting five Coast counties to triple or quadruple agricultural production and unlock billions of shillings in farming opportunities. Agriculture CS Mutahi Kagwe says Lamu, Tana River, Kwale, Kilifi and Taita Taveta have untapped potential in crops and livestock. He says increased investment, irrigation, technology and stronger coordination between national and county governments will drive the transformation.
