The Kenya Medical Association has raised concern over the ongoing industrial action in the public health sector, warning that disruption of services puts patients at risk and threatens progress towards Universal Health Coverage. KMA says while health workers have a right to fair labour practices and collective bargaining, Kenyans equally have a constitutional right to the highest attainable standard of health.
