The first Rapid Reference Guide on investigating and prosecuting offences under the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act has been launched. The guide is a practical tool to strengthen investigations, support prosecutions and help keep the country safe and secure. Interior PS Raymond Omollo presided over the launch this morning.
