The Matatu Owners Association has urged NTSA and police to work with NICCO Sacco to apprehend the driver accused of pushing a KMTC student from a moving vehicle, instead of withdrawing more than 100 vehicles from the road. Association Chair Albert Karakacha says NICCO Sacco lacks sufficient machinery to trace the driver, warning that the withdrawal of the vehicles will also cause significant business losses.
