The High Court in Nairobi has temporarily stayed the Tribunal’s decision suspending Nicco Movers Limited’s licence, handing the transport company interim relief until the 22^nd of this month. This is after Nicco movers through lawyer Danstan Omari challenged the decision by the tribunal to suspend their license. The court certified Nicco Sacco’s application as urgent and directed that it be served on the respondents within 24 hours. The respondents have seven days to file their responses.
