Kajiado Governer Joseph Ole Lenku has been summoned by the NCIC over alleged inciteful remarks. The county boss is expected to appear before the commission on the 17^th of this month. Ole Lenku’s case stems from remarks he made while addressing residents at Ewuaso Oonkidongi in Kajiado West Constituency. According to NCIC, the governor called for Maasai to take the lead in political representation in Kajiado and Narok, while opposing efforts by political parties to nominate candidates from other communities for positions in the two counties.
