Kenyan comedian and content creator Bolo Bespoke appears to have found a rather expensive way to say, “I’m sorry.”
The comedian recently whisked his wife, Mueni, away on vacation as they celebrated her birthday, joking that the getaway was part of his mission to save their marriage after allegedly partying a little too much.
Taking to social media, Bolo shared a playful message revealing that he had decided to make things right with his wife instead of waiting for their relationship to hit the rocks.
Bolo did not hide the fact that his partying habits may have tested his wife’s patience.

He went on to reveal that the two were away celebrating Mueni’s birthday, before teasing his followers about their whereabouts and whether they had received any money from him.
“We are out for her birthday… nani hajajua location? Nani hajapata Mpesa?” he added.

Beyond the jokes, Bolo made it clear that his wife remains special to him.
Sharing a birthday message, he affectionately referred to Mueni as his “ABEBO” while wishing her a happy birthday.

“I don’t trust him,” she wrote, before adding that Bolo might disappear for another entire week after her birthday.
She then left the decision to her followers: “Tu forgive ama tuendelee na makasiriko?”
