Higher Education PS Beatrice Inyangala says academic qualifications must go beyond confirming completion of a programme to provide credible evidence of learning and competence. PS Inyangala says qualifications should support progression, employment and further learning, while remaining understandable and verifiable globally. Speaking during a consultative meeting on the University Qualifications Framework, she said the National Qualifications Framework provides a common architecture to bring coherence to Kenya’s diverse education and training system.
