The Ministry of Education has urged university students to be patient as the government processes HELB disbursements. Higher Education PS Beatrice Inyangala said first-year students should proceed to report to their institutions as processing continues. She spoke during a consultative meeting with university vice-chancellors on the Kenya National Qualifications Framework, assuring students that the funds are being processed for release.
