Kenya Airways has announced free flight rebooking for passengers whose travel plans were disrupted by the Air Traffic Control workers’ strike, as the airline works to clear a backlog and restore normal operations. In a statement, the national carrier said affected customers can reschedule their flights at no additional cost. The airline said affected passengers would receive flight status notifications directly through SMS, WhatsApp and email using the contact details provided during booking.
