Former Chief Justice David Maraga has made public the police reforms taskforce report, nearly three years after submitting its findings and recommendations to President William Ruto. Maraga accused the administration of failing to implement the recommendations and urged Kenyans to read and scrutinize the report and push for their implementation. He also called for the restoration of independence in national security agencies, particularly the National Police Service, to safeguard peace and security.
