Deputy President Kithure Kindiki has blamed internal wrangles and sabotage within the Kenya Kwanza administration for slowing implementation of the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA) during the government's first two years. Speaking to over 30,000 grassroots leaders from Embu County, Kindiki said internal disagreements undermined the government's development delivery. He accused his predecessor of working against the President and failing to discharge his official responsibilities effectively.
